Multi-Site Mobilisation with FI Property Group

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of our multi-site mobilisation with FI Property Group — a significant new partnership that sees Anchor Group Services delivering integrated security and cleaning services across six locations within the FI portfolio.

The contract was awarded following a competitive tender process in December 2025. FI Property Group, the Chorley-based commercial real estate business, chose Anchor for our people-first approach to facilities management — an ethos that closely mirrors their own values and the way they manage their portfolio.

A Seamless, People-Led Mobilisation

Mobilising across multiple sites simultaneously is never straightforward, but getting it right from day one is everything. Our approach was built around bringing people together early — coordinated team briefings that united security, cleaning, HR and operations colleagues from the outset, ensuring clarity, transparency and shared purpose across every location.

The six sites in scope include Brunel Shopping Centre in Swindon, Newbridge Square, The Woods Warrick, Wellington House and Chesterfield Block, alongside additional sites within the FI estate. Around 34 colleagues have transferred across the portfolio as part of the mobilisation.

Real Living Wage from Day One

One of the commitments we are most proud of is that all transferring colleagues received the Real Living Wage immediately upon transfer. This isn’t a target for the future — it happened from day one. It reflects a shared commitment between Anchor and FI Property Group to workforce quality, engagement and retention, and it sets the tone for the kind of partnership this will be.

We have always believed that how you treat your people is how you treat your service. Getting this right at the very start of a new contract isn’t just the right thing to do — it’s the foundation for everything that follows.

What Our People Are Saying

Alan Neill – Group Operation Manager at Anchor Group Services, said:

“A strong mobilisation always starts with people. By bringing teams together early, aligning on expectations with our clients and providing the right support from day one, we set the foundations for long-term success.”

Chris Stead, Head of Facilities Management at FI Property Group, added:

“Anchor Group Services have delivered an excellent mobilisation, with a clear focus on people, communication and collaboration from day one. We’re particularly pleased to see all colleagues receiving the Real Living Wage, reflecting a shared commitment to quality and engagement. We’re excited to be partnering with a top-tier service provider and look forward to a strong future across the portfolio.”

Recognised Across the Industry

The partnership has already attracted attention across the FM sector, with coverage in both Facilities Management Journal (FMJ) and Facilitate Magazine following the announcement — recognition that reflects the quality of the mobilisation and the strength of the partnership Anchor and FI Property Group are building together.

Looking Ahead

With the mobilisation now complete, Anchor’s senior leadership team will continue to provide ongoing engagement and support across all sites. This isn’t a handover — it’s the beginning of a long-term relationship, and we’re committed to driving continuous improvement, strong client partnerships and an exceptional experience for everyone who works within and visits these locations.
