Alex Hiles is Chief Operating Officer at Anchor Group Services, with extensive experience in the design, implementation and delivery of integrated security, cleaning, car park management and support services. Since joining Anchor in 2011 following a career with 1st Battalion The Parachute Regiment, Alex has progressed through senior operational and commercial roles before being appointed COO.

Working closely with the Group CEO and Board of Directors, Alex leads Anchor’s national operational delivery infrastructure and is responsible for ensuring the effective, consistent and sustainable delivery of services across the Group. His remit includes service performance, contract retention, budget management, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across key service lines.
