I am a Regional Operation Manager with more than three decades of experience safeguarding people, property, and complex operations. Over the past 30 years, I have built robust security frameworks from the ground up, during which I have built up strong relationships with customers. Throughout my career I have advised prospective and current customers on solutions that will strengthen their operations.

During this time, I have had the privilege of working with industry leaders which has enabled me to build upon my knowledge and enhanced my experience over the years. I am also a mentoring the next generation of security professionals to help, support and guide them to allow them to develop and achieve their goals.

I pride myself on staying ahead of industry trends to keep organisations resilient in a rapidly changing world.

Outside of my professional life, my greatest joy is my family. I love spending as much time as possible with my wonderful children and grandchildren.
