Joining Anchor Group Services in February 2011, Roz has been a driving force behind the growth and success of the company’s cleaning division. With over 30 years’ experience in the cleaning and facilities management sector, Roz brings deep operational knowledge, commercial insight, and a pragmatic leadership style to her role.

Starting her career within local authority services before moving into the private sector, Roz joined Anchor as an Assistant Operations Manager when the cleaning division was still in its early stages. Since then, she has progressed through multiple senior roles, playing a pivotal part in shaping service delivery, commercial models, and operational standards nationwide. Today, as Head of Cleaning and Key Account Director, she provides strategic oversight across Anchor’s cleaning portfolio while maintaining hands-on involvement with key sites including MediaCity, the Percy Hedley Foundation, and St John’s Shopping Centre in Liverpool.

Known for her calm, solutions-focused approach and strong people leadership, Roz acts as a trusted escalation point for clients and operational teams alike, supporting nearly 100 cleaning contracts across the UK. Her passion for innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement continues to influence how Anchor delivers high-quality, value-driven cleaning services.
