Geoff has more than 30 years’ experience in property and facilities management across retail, corporate and government sectors. Operating at Board level in national roles, with a track record of collaborative contract growth through award-winning delivery, Geoff worked with Alfred McAlpine and Europa Facility Services through successful acquisitions, and was at the heart of a ground-breaking FM joint venture with Capital Shopping Centres (CSC), later intu Properties plc.

Passionate about employee experience as the foundation for customer service excellence, Geoff collaborates with a variety of organisations focusing on growth through technology and sustainability solutions. A Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management (IWFM), Geoff is Secretary of the IWFM Customer Experience Special Interest Group and an IWFM Awards Judge.
