From starting in Hotels when I left school to being a regional Revenue Director for a chain of hotels (yep I made those prices high for the busy times), Operations manager for a Facilities Company to being Operations Manager for the NHS Test and Trace during the Covid days overseeing 15 Test Sites through out the North West approx. 350 staff definitely the most interesting and varied role I have ever had.
I’m a total out doors girl, from walking, the occasional run, golf (pretty rubbish but I love it), Padel, Love helping lead the marshalls at events in Chester like the 10K, Half marathon, Marathon and the Triathlon. Even been known to do a bit of wild swimming (but it has to be warm) – its also the one occasion I get to wear my dry robe with out being called out for it!
I have done a couple of Marathons in London, overnight in my Bra for Breast Cancer Charity, Walk the Walk. If I could have a superpower I think it would be Flight, gliding on thermals with a total feeling of freedom and the opportunity to see things from different perspective
