Andrew is an experienced Regional Operations Manager with over 32 years’ experience across the security, cleaning and facilities management sectors, covering both soft and hard services.
Throughout his career, Andrew has successfully mobilised and managed a wide range of regional and national portfolios across corporate, shopping centre and residential environments. His responsibilities have included service delivery, recruitment, client relationship management and compliance.
Andrew brings extensive operational experience and a practical, hands-on approach to delivering high standards of service while building strong and lasting relationships with clients and operational teams.
Outside of work, Andrew is a dedicated family man who enjoys walking his dog, Dougie, and spending quality time with his children. He is also Chairman of a grassroots football club and coaches an Under-14s team on both Saturdays and Sundays.
One of his greatest rewards is knowing that up to 92 children of varying ages have the opportunity to play a sport they love, stay active and be part of a positive community.
