Alex Hiles is Chief Operating Officer at Anchor Group Services, with a strong track record in delivering integrated facilities management solutions. Starting his journey with Anchor through a high school work experience placement, Alex went on to serve in the Parachute Regiment before returning to the company in 2011. His strategic leadership has been instrumental in scaling the business from £8–12 million to £30–35 million in annual revenue. Passionate about culture, values, and staff retention, Alex drives the company’s ‘people first’ philosophy across every level of service.
