At Anchor Group Services, we believe loyalty speaks volumes and this month, we’re celebrating two colleagues who embody it.

A huge congratulations to Mark Shaw, who recently marked an incredible 20 years of service at the Epson UK & Ireland manufacturing and distribution site in Telford. Two decades of commitment, consistency and quiet professionalism, Mark is the definition of dependable. Our Operations Director Alan Neill was very proud to present him with a certificate and gift in recognition recently.

Not far behind him is Anthony Bridger, who has reached 10 years of dedicated service at the same site. Anthony’s contribution continues to shape the team and service every single day, and his milestone is a reflection of that.

These achievements don’t happen in isolation, they reflect the workplace culture nurtured at Epson Telford, in partnership with our client and site leadership. A culture where people feel supported, respected and proud to stay.
